1. Purpose of the Agreement

This partnership aims to:

• Facilitate the accreditation of the police agency in alignment with SayPro’s international standards.
• Promote capacity building, ethical policing, and professional development.
• Establish a collaborative framework for training, assessment, and compliance through SayPro’s digital accreditation platform.
• Ensure integration of SayPro-accredited qualifications into institutional development plans.

2. Scope of Collaboration

Under this agreement, both parties commit to the following:

SayPro Shall:

• Provide access to the SayPro Police Accreditation Framework.
• Supply necessary digital tools, training modules, and guidance for implementation.
• Conduct evaluations, audits, and compliance assessments as per agreed timelines.
• Issue certification and public recognition upon successful accreditation.

The Police Agency Shall:

• Nominate a Liaison Officer for communication and coordination with SayPro.
• Provide all necessary documentation and institutional data for accreditation purposes.
• Participate in required training sessions, reviews, and compliance activities.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement aligned with SayPro standards.

3. Confidentiality and Data Use

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared data and internal assessments. SayPro will use institutional data solely for the purposes of evaluation, accreditation, and quality assurance, in accordance with global data protection laws.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation

The partnership will be monitored through:

• Quarterly check-ins via virtual or in-person meetings.
• Submission of progress and impact reports by the agency.
• SayPro-led audits and feedback loops to support continuous improvement.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, training content, and accreditation materials provided by SayPro remain the intellectual property of SayPro and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

6. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination does not nullify obligations related to data confidentiality or any active certification under the agreement.
