- Objective: Enhance user satisfaction and platform usability by gathering and acting on feedback from accredited police agencies using SayPro’s accreditation platform.
- Target:
- Goal: Achieve a 95% satisfaction score from accredited agencies in the quarterly feedback survey on SayPro’s accreditation platform by June 30, 2025.
- Measurement Criteria:
- Feedback collected via SayPro Accreditation Feedback Survey Template (SP-AFST/2025)
- Agencies to rate platform usability, efficiency of accreditation process, and overall experience
- The feedback will be analyzed and categorized into areas for improvement or reinforcement
- Use of a 5-point Likert scale, aiming for a score of 4.75 or higher on average across all agencies

- SayPro Completed Accreditation Feedback Forms
- Monthly report on satisfaction levels, broken down by regions and certification types
