SayPro: Required Documents for Employment Submission

Position: Response Strategic Partnerships Officer
Platform: All documents must be uploaded via the SayPro Website – www.saypro.online/employee-documents

To begin your onboarding and project alignment process, the following documents must be submitted electronically via the designated SayPro portal.

✅ Required Documents

1. 📘 Response Strategic Partnership Proposal
   • Purpose: This proposal outlines a high-priority partnership concept aligned with SayPro’s thematic focus areas (e.g., education, health, environment, digital inclusion).
   • Template Provided: Yes
   • Instructions: Download the template from the employee portal, complete the required sections (background, partner type, value alignment, proposed activities, impact projections), and upload your finalized document.
   • Deadline: Within 7 working days of receiving the template.
   • Filename format: YourFullName_PartnershipProposal.pdf
2. 🆔 Copy of National Identification or Passport
   • For identity verification and compliance with SayPro data and personnel security protocols.
   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the start date.
3. 📄 Signed Employment Agreement
   • Download the agreement from your onboarding dashboard.
   • Ensure all pages are signed, initialed, and dated before uploading.
4. 📝 Updated CV or Resume (Final Version)
   • Ensure alignment with your application and reflect your most recent work history and skills.
   • Accepted formats: PDF or DOCX.
5. 📧 Proof of Address or Residence
   • Utility bill, lease agreement, or official letter not older than 3 months.
   • Required only if onsite attendance at Neftalopolis Hub is anticipated.
6. 🎓 Copies of Relevant Academic Certificates
   • Minimum of highest qualification attained.
   • All documents must be legible and certified, if applicable.
