Position Title: HR Communications Strategic Partnerships Officer

Reports To: Director of Chiefs Strategic Partnerships (under SayPro Royalty from Purpose)
Work Platform: SayPro Website (Online), with optional presence at Neftalopolis Headquarters

🌟 Role Overview

SayPro is seeking a dynamic and strategically minded HR Communications Strategic Partnerships Officer to lead and support the execution of human resources communication strategies across SayPro’s ecosystem of internal and external partners. This role plays a key part in aligning leadership messaging, enhancing collaborative capacity, and driving innovation in HR communications through strategic partnerships—all facilitated by the SayPro Chiefs Strategic Partnerships Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real-time communication initiatives, onboarding strategic HR partners, and producing high-impact content—including features in the SayPro Monthly Magazine—that showcase HR excellence and leadership.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Communication Projects:
    Develop, implement, and manage strategic communications plans in coordination with SayPro HR partners, ensuring consistency, inclusion, and purpose alignment.
  • Digital Coordination via SayPro Website:
    Utilize SayPro’s online infrastructure to onboard partners, manage digital communications workflows, and monitor progress on partnership deliverables.
  • Content Development & Publishing:
    Produce and curate high-quality HR content, including articles, toolkits, and leadership interviews for publication in the SayPro Monthly Magazine and other digital channels.
  • Framework Design Support:
    Collaborate with SayPro Chiefs and HR departments to co-create HR communication response frameworks, including change communications, workforce updates, and leadership briefings.
  • Data & Systems Management:
    Maintain updated dashboards, communications agreements, and shared toolkits within SayPro’s digital systems to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in all partnership activities.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR communications, stakeholder engagement, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects across digital platforms and collaborative tools
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-sector partners
  • Familiarity with online publishing tools, dashboards, or CRM systems

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Strategic Communication, Organizational Development, or HRM
  • Knowledge of HR trends in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors
  • Experience with remote team collaboration and digital facilitation

🌐 Work Environment

This is a remote-first position, with all project management and communications handled through the SayPro Website and affiliated digital systems. Optional in-person collaboration is available at SayPro’s Neftalopolis Headquarters.
