Overview
The SayPro Magazine Strategic Partnerships Office is a core operational entity within the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty (SPR) framework. It is responsible for managing, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of all business enablement partnerships featured in SayPro Magazine. The Office plays a strategic role in ensuring that each partnership contributes meaningfully to SayPro’s impact goals through continuous monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
As part of its mandate, the SayPro Magazine Strategic Partnerships Office will:
- Coordinate Monthly Data Collection
- Design and implement a standardized process for monthly data collection from all partners featured in SayPro Magazine.
- Ensure data is accurate, timely, and aligned with SayPro’s Quarterly Performance Indicators (QPIs).
- Maintain ongoing communication with featured partners to track developments, success metrics, and challenges.
- Manage Strategic Partnership Profiles
- Update and maintain detailed partnership records, including objectives, deliverables, and impact indicators.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure consistent storytelling and accurate representation in SayPro Magazine and reports.
- Support Performance Reporting (SCSPR-31 Initiative)
- Contribute to the monthly and quarterly preparation of the SayPro Strategic Collaboration and Partnership Reporting (SCSPR) reports.
- Provide data inputs, analysis, and partner feedback for inclusion in digital dashboards and executive summaries.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between SayPro Magazine editorial teams and strategic partners to align feature content with impact narratives.
- Collect testimonials, case studies, and success stories for public and internal reporting.
- Facilitate Public Transparency
- Assist in the development and publishing of quarterly partnership reports on the SayPro website.
- Ensure that all reporting is accessible, comprehensive, and meets SayPro’s transparency standards.
- Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Impact
- Work with the SayPro M&E Unit to evaluate partnership outcomes and derive actionable lessons learned.
- Recommend improvements or strategic shifts based on data trends and partner performance.
