- 🔹 Schedule introductory calls or virtual briefings with at least 8 respondents.
- 🔹 Share SayPro media kit, digital ecosystem overview, and partnership proposal.
- 🔹 Update the partnership pipeline tracker with contact statuses and notes.
- 🔹 Begin onboarding process for 3–5 confirmed partners, including initial content scoping.
✅ Week 2: Content Planning & Co-Development
Objective: Prepare strategic content for upcoming publication and campaigns.
- 🔹 Finalize content briefs with at least 5 confirmed partners.
- 🔹 Assign editorial teams to begin drafting case studies, features, or interviews.
- 🔹 Collect multimedia assets (logos, images, bios) from partners.

- 🔹 Identify 3 new organizations for mentorship or finance tool onboarding.

Objective: Deliver and monitor content, evaluate partner engagement, and report.
