The Signed SayPro Business Partnership Form is a mandatory document that formalizes collaboration between SayPro and its strategic partners. It is a binding record of mutual agreement and serves as the foundation for all content development, service alignment, and digital publishing activities.
📄 Purpose of the Form:
The form is designed to:
- Confirm mutual understanding of the partnership scope and objectives
- Define the type of engagement (e.g. co-publishing, training support, digital campaigns)
- Outline deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
- Authorize content publication, brand use, and access to SayPro digital tools
- Provide legal and compliance documentation for SayPro’s internal and external reporting
📋 Required Information in the Form:
- Partner organization details (name, registration, sector, contact person)
- Partnership type (editorial, service delivery, ecosystem integration, etc.)
- Brief description of the collaborative initiative
- Roles, commitments, and deadlines
- SayPro point of contact or lead employee
- Consent clauses for publishing, data use, and logos
- Official signatures from both SayPro and the partner organization
🖋 Signature Requirements:
- ✅ Signed by the authorized representative of the partner organization
- ✅ Signed by the SayPro project lead or designated strategic partnerships officer
- ⬇️ Must include date and organizational stamp (if applicable)
📤 Submission & Storage:
- Employees must upload the completed, signed form to the SayPro Internal Document Portal
- File Format: PDF or High-Quality Scan
- File Naming Format:
Signed_PartnershipForm_[PartnerName]_[Date].pdf
