Objective:
Successfully publish the finalized May issue of SayPro Monthly Magazine on the SayPro website, and initiate a targeted promotion campaign to maximize visibility, readership, and partner engagement.


Key Tasks:


🌐 1. Publish the May Issue on the SayPro Website

  • Upload All Final Content:
    • Input all approved articles, partner features, interviews, and visuals into SayPro’s content management system (CMS).
    • Ensure formatting, layout, and multimedia elements are correctly integrated and optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.
  • Optimize for SEO and Accessibility:
    • Add meta titles, descriptions, and alt text for all images.
    • Ensure all links are active and lead to the correct partner sites or internal pages.
    • Verify accessibility standards (e.g., alt tags, readable fonts, keyboard navigation) are met.
  • Test the Publication:
    • Conduct a thorough pre-launch check for spelling, formatting, broken links, and responsive design issues.
    • Preview how the issue appears on various devices and browsers.
  • Go Live:
    • Publish the magazine on the SayPro Magazine section of the website.
    • Update the homepage and featured sections to spotlight the new issue.

📣 2. Launch the Promotion Campaign

  • Email Announcement:
    • Send an official newsletter/email blast to SayPro’s stakeholders, partners, subscribers, and internal teams announcing the release.
    • Include:
      • Direct link to the magazine
      • Highlights from featured articles
      • A call to action (e.g., “Read now,” “Share your feedback”)
  • Social Media Rollout:
    • Post promotional content on SayPro’s social media channels, including:
      • Graphics featuring partner quotes
      • Teasers of featured stories
      • Infographics or behind-the-scenes visuals
    • Use relevant hashtags, partner tags, and mention handles to broaden reach.
  • Partner Engagement:

  • Set up analytics tracking via the SayPro website and any third-party tools to monitor:

  • Prepare a weekly performance snapshot to share with the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office and the Royalty, covering early engagement insights.
