  • Partner rates their experience 4 or 5 out of 5 on feedback forms

🛠 How Feedback Is Collected:

  • SayPro Magazine Feedback Form (distributed within 3 days post-publication)
  • Optional follow-up interviews or calls with partners
  • Feedback tracked and logged in SayPro CRM and Document Management System

📈 Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monthly updates submitted via the SayPro Analytics Summary Template
  • Summary report at the end of each quarter detailing:

    • Comments or improvement suggestions
  • Action plan for any negative or neutral feedback
