Employees involved in the SayPro Monthly Magazine – Building Strategic Partnerships initiative must upload or submit the following documentation:

- A standardized layout format to be followed when designing and structuring the SayPro Monthly Magazine. This ensures that all content is visually cohesive, aligned with SayPro’s brand identity, and easy to read.
- Layout Format Guidelines:
- Cover Page:
- Main Title: Clear, bold headline that reflects the central theme of the issue (e.g., “Strategic Partnerships: Building for the Future”).
- Subheading: A brief tagline or summary line to give a sneak peek of the issue’s content.
- Cover Image: High-quality, visually compelling image that represents the theme of the issue (e.g., a photo of a featured partner, an infographic, or a key event).
- Date/Issue Number: Indicate the publication date and issue number (e.g., May 2025, Issue #31).
- Table of Contents:
- A clean and organized table of contents on the second page, listing the articles, features, and sections of the magazine.
- Use hyperlinks for digital versions for easy navigation to each article.
- Article Layout:
- Headlines and Subheadings: Use bold and clear fonts for titles, and italicize or use a smaller font size for subheadings.
- Body Text: Use a readable font size (e.g., 11-12 pt.) with 1.5 line spacing for easy reading.
