Employees involved in the SayPro Monthly Magazine – Building Strategic Partnerships initiative must upload or submit the following documentation:

  • All written content developed for the May issue, including:
    • Initial drafts
    • Peer-reviewed versions with tracked changes
    • Final, approved versions ready for publication
  • Content types may include:
    • Feature articles
    • Partner profiles
    • Interviews and Q&A sections
    • Editor’s letter or introductory statements
  • Each file must be clearly labeled (e.g., “Partner_Profile_X_Draft1.docx”, “Final_Feature_Y.pdf”) and stored in the designated content folder.
  • Final versions must reflect:
    • SayPro editorial standards
    • Integrated feedback from reviewers
    • Approval from the SayPro Editorial Lead
