Position Summary
Participants in the SayPro Monthly SCSPR-31 initiative play a critical role in shaping and delivering the edition’s strategic focus on magazine management, digital publishing, advertising, content strategies, and partnership development. This role combines research, editorial strategy, AI-assisted topic development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. GPT Prompt Development for Topic Extraction
- Develop 100 detailed and high-quality GPT prompts that align with SayPro’s editorial themes.
- Focus areas include:
- Magazine Management & Strategy
- Digital Publishing Innovations
- Content Creation & Editorial Trends
- Advertising Models & Revenue Streams
- Media Partnership Frameworks
- Ensure prompts are structured to generate actionable, insightful, and diverse content topics.
- Collaborate with AI team to test and refine prompt outputs for relevance and clarity.
2. Editorial Research & Content Planning
- Conduct desk research on global trends in media, publishing, and strategic communications.
- Propose content themes and article outlines derived from GPT topic extractions.
- Contribute to the formulation of the editorial calendar for SCSPR-31.
3. Stakeholder Mapping & Collaboration Support
- Identify potential contributors, advertisers, technology partners, and content collaborators.
- Assist in drafting outreach communications and partnership proposals.
- Maintain updated contact sheets and follow-up records.
4. Event Preparation & Coordination (Virtual & Print Edition)
- Support pre-launch event planning: speaker suggestions, session planning, and topic development.
