🎯 Objective

To ensure accountability, efficiency, and team impact across the SCSPR-31 initiative, SayPro will monitor and evaluate employee contributions in three core areas:

  1. Content Creation
  2. Task Completion
  3. Event Preparation & Engagement

  • Weekly contribution check-ins led by SCSPR-31 coordinators
  • Mid-project performance snapshot (end of April)
  • Final employee contribution report submitted post-event (June 2025)
  • Optional 360° peer feedback for team development and morale
