2. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement establishes a strategic partnership for the accreditation, co-development, and delivery of educational and professional programs under the SayPro Qualification and Accreditation Framework.
3. Scope of Collaboration
The Parties agree to collaborate on the following:
- Accreditation of qualifications, training, and/or certification programs.
- Co-development of curriculum aligned with SayPro standards.
- Use of SayPro’s accreditation, quality assurance, and reporting systems.
- Recognition and endorsement of accredited programs by both parties.
- Joint delivery of webinars, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
SayPro Shall:
- Provide access to the SayPro accreditation framework, systems, and templates.
- Review and evaluate partner programs for accreditation.
- Issue formal accreditation certificates and digital badges where applicable.
- Monitor compliance and offer quality assurance support.
- List the partner institution and accredited programs on SayPro platforms.
The Partner Institution Shall:
- Submit all required program documents, assessments, and evidence for accreditation.
- Maintain compliance with SayPro’s quality assurance and program delivery standards.
- Participate in annual reviews and audits as required.
- Accurately represent the SayPro accreditation status in all promotional materials.
- Share learner and program outcome data for reporting purposes.
5. Branding and Use of Logos
The Partner may use SayPro’s logo and branding only upon receiving written approval and only in connection with SayPro-accredited programs. All promotional use must adhere to SayPro’s branding guidelines.
6. Fees and Financial Terms
All fees related to accreditation, quality assurance, and monitoring will be outlined in a separate Schedule of Fees (Annex A). Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing.
7. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged under this Agreement unless required by law or written consent is given by the disclosing party.
8. Term and Termination
- This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in force for three (3) years, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 90 days’ written notice.
- Grounds for immediate termination include breach of terms, misrepresentation, or failure to meet quality standards.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through negotiation between the Parties. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with South African law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the Parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
