Role Title: KPI Tracking and Reporting Analyst (SCSPR-81 Participant Role)
Objective:
To measure and report on the success of the SCSPR-81 event using key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect strategic impact, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. The KPI Tracking and Reporting Analyst will ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and presented clearly for internal evaluation and stakeholder transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Define KPIs
- Collaborate with event planners and strategic leads to finalize event-specific KPIs, including:
- Number of partnerships formed or initiated
- New or updated accreditation processes adopted
- Participant satisfaction ratings
- Attendance and engagement metrics
- Number of documents submitted or downloaded (e.g., templates, proposals)
2. Develop Data Collection Tools
- Create real-time data tracking systems using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SayPro’s internal dashboard.
- Set up online forms and surveys for collecting post-session feedback and stakeholder input.
- Ensure data collection tools are user-friendly and compliant with data privacy policies.
3. Monitor Live Event Metrics
- Track event participation levels, session attendance, and engagement rates (e.g., Q&A participation, chat activity).
- Liaise with the tech team to extract virtual platform analytics (click-throughs, downloads, log-ins).
4. Analyze and Interpret KPI Data
- Evaluate performance trends using charts, tables, and statistical summaries.
- Identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Compare performance to previous SayPro Monthly events and global benchmarks, if available.
5. Produce the SCSPR-81 KPI Report
- Prepare a concise, professional post-event KPI report, including:
- Executive summary
- Data visualizations
- KPI performance commentary
- Recommendations for future events
- Present findings to the SayPro leadership team and contribute data to the official SCSPR-81 Outcomes Report.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to design clear, practical tracking mechanisms
- Basic knowledge of project evaluation and M&E frameworks
- Attention to accuracy, consistency, and data privacy
Deliverables:
- Live KPI tracker and dashboard
- Final SCSPR-81 KPI Report (PDF and editable format)
- Summary slide deck for internal presentations
- Raw data sets organized and archived for future analysis
