SayPro, a leading provider of professional training and development in South Africa, has partnered with global consulting firm Accenture to launch an impactful Office Administration training program for 50 individuals in the Gauteng province. This initiative is designed to build employable skills among residents and enhance access to administrative roles across both public and private sectors.
Focused on equipping learners with job-ready office support skills, the program targets unemployed youth, early-career professionals, and women seeking to re-enter the workforce. Participants will gain practical administrative knowledge that can open doors to clerical and office-based employment opportunities.
A Practical Approach to Office Administration
Participants in the program will receive training in:
- Business communication and telephone etiquette
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) basics
- Office systems, filing, and record-keeping
- Time and calendar management
- Professionalism, ethics, and teamwork in the workplace
The training will be conducted through a blend of in-person sessions in local community hubs and accessible online modules, ensuring flexibility and inclusion for Gauteng residents in areas such as Johannesburg, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, and surrounding townships.
Building Pathways into the Formal Workforce
“This initiative is about helping Gauteng residents, particularly the youth and women, develop the core skills they need to enter the workforce and grow,” said a SayPro spokesperson. “With Accenture’s support, we’re not only offering training—we’re building real opportunities for people to start meaningful careers.”

“Office administration is a key stepping stone into the job market,” said an Accenture South Africa representative. “By partnering with SayPro, we are empowering 50 individuals in Gauteng with the competencies that can lead to real, lasting employment.”
