Overview
SCSPR-81 Participants are integral to the planning, content development, and successful execution of the SayPro Monthly April session. Their work directly contributes to global initiatives in strengthening standards, advancing technology-driven accreditation, and promoting strategic partnerships across institutions and industries.
Participants will engage in both pre-event preparation and active support during the event, with a focus on content generation, research, facilitation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. GPT Prompt Development for Topic Extraction
- Develop 100 AI-ready prompts tailored to extract key themes, debates, challenges, and innovations in qualification accreditation and tech integration.
- Ensure prompts align with SCSPR-81 focus areas: interoperability, digital certification, global frameworks, and strategic tech partnerships.
- Collaborate with AI content specialists to refine prompt clarity and effectiveness.
2. Research & Knowledge Curation
- Conduct in-depth desk research on global accreditation models and technological trends.
- Curate academic papers, case studies, and industry reports to inform event discussions.
- Prepare summary briefs to support speaker panels and moderators.
3. Strategic Partnership Mapping
- Identify relevant stakeholders from education, government, certification, and technology sectors.
- Support outreach and engagement through stakeholder databases and briefing documents.
4. Event Session Support
- Assist in session planning, Q&A moderation, and audience engagement.
- Record and document key insights and outcomes for post-event reporting.
- Provide technical support to presenters and participants using SayPro QAIST tools.
5. Reporting and Post-Event Contribution
- Contribute to the SCSPR-81 Outcomes Report, including written summaries, data charts, and best-practice highlights.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving future SayPro Monthly sessions.
Desired Competencies
- Strong understanding of qualification accreditation, information systems, or educational technologies.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering or working with AI tools like ChatGPT.
