Role Title: Document Preparation Coordinator (SCSPR-81 Participant Role)
Objective:
To support the quality and depth of SCSPR-81 event discussions by sourcing, organizing, and preparing high-value documents that inform strategic dialogue, technical sessions, and partnership engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accreditation Guidelines Compilation
- Source and collect up-to-date qualification and accreditation policies from recognized national and international bodies (e.g., SAQA, UNESCO, EQF, TVET authorities).
- Summarize key provisions and frameworks relevant to tech integration in education and training.
- Ensure relevance to event themes such as digital credentialing, cross-border recognition, and outcome-based accreditation.
2. Technology Solution Briefs
- Gather vendor-neutral and provider-specific technology solution briefs, including tools for:
- Digital learning management
- Blockchain-based credentialing
- AI-powered assessment platforms
- Cloud-based accreditation systems
- Format documents for clarity and ease of reference during technical panels.
3. Case Studies and Best Practices
- Identify and compile real-world case studies demonstrating successful implementation of digital accreditation models or strategic education-technology partnerships.
- Emphasize regional diversity, scalability, and innovation in examples.
- Tag case studies by sector (e.g., higher education, vocational training, certification bodies).
4. Partnership Proposals and MOUs
- Prepare and organize draft partnership proposals and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) for discussion with potential collaborators.
- Include templates and samples from previous SayPro initiatives.
- Ensure all proposals align with SayPro’s strategic goals, frameworks, and compliance standards.
5. Pre-Event Knowledge Pack Assembly
- Collaborate with content coordinators to create a SCSPR-81 Knowledge Pack containing:
- Accreditation guidelines summary sheets
- Technology provider briefs
- Case study compendium
- Partnership engagement templates
- Distribute the pack to speakers, facilitators, and stakeholders ahead of the event.
Skills Required:
- Excellent research and information synthesis skills
