Position Title

SCSPR-81 Event Contributor / Specialist – Qualification Accreditation & Strategic Partnerships


Purpose of the Role

Participants in the SayPro Monthly SCSPR-81 event play a key role in shaping the future of qualification accreditation in Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) by supporting strategic collaboration, generating high-value content, and contributing to SayPro’s global leadership in the accreditation space.

This role is designed to support event content generation, data preparation, partnership development, and strategic insights across all areas of the SCSPR-81 initiative.


Key Responsibilities

1. GPT Prompt Development for Topic Extraction

  • Design and write 100 high-quality prompts using AI best practices to extract key themes related to:
    • IS&T accreditation frameworks
    • Certification trends
    • Industry and regulatory demands
    • Emerging technologies and skill gaps
  • Ensure that prompts are suitable for use in guiding presentations, roundtable discussions, and report generation.

2. Research and Insights Gathering

  • Conduct desk research on global and regional accreditation trends.
  • Identify key players, frameworks, and emerging qualifications in the IS&T domain.
  • Support data compilation for the SCSPR-81 Monthly Report and other knowledge assets.

3. Stakeholder Coordination and Engagement

  • Assist in communication with accreditation bodies, educational institutions, and tech partners.
  • Organize feedback sessions, panel inputs, and expert interviews for event content.
  • Document partner insights and prepare summary briefs.

4. Content Drafting and Review

  • Draft sections for SayPro SCSPR-81 deliverables including:
    • Strategic briefings
    • Case studies
    • Event summaries
    • Accreditation toolkit contributions
  • Review, edit, and format content for professional publication and presentation.

5. Knowledge Sharing and Support

  • Support the rollout of SayPro’s Knowledge Hub content by tagging and categorizing GPT output into usable themes.
  • Assist in preparing presentation slides, digital learning materials, and FAQs for event dissemination.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in Education, Information Systems, Technology, or Public Policy (preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, GPT prompting, or content curation platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience or interest in qualification frameworks, accreditation processes, or tech workforce development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
