Report To: Project Lead, SCSPR-81 | Strategic Partnerships Royalty
Location: Remote & Onsite (Hybrid Participation)
Contract Type: Temporary (April Program Cycle)


Overview:

The SCSPR-81 initiative under SayPro Strategic Partnerships focuses on developing and promoting best practices in qualification accreditation for Information Systems and Technology (IST). Participants in this program will play a vital role in driving innovation, supporting industry-wide standardization, and enabling digital transformation across partner organizations.

As part of this dynamic team, SCSPR-81 participants will contribute to high-impact deliverables, including topic development, research coordination, event facilitation, and digital tool integration. This role is ideal for professionals or advanced students with expertise or interest in accreditation systems, education quality assurance, or IT governance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. GPT Prompts for Topic Extraction

  • Develop 100 tailored GPT prompts to support the extraction of thematic areas for discussion during the SCSPR-81 event.
  • Ensure prompts are aligned with SayPro’s strategic focus areas, including:
    • Accreditation lifecycle management
    • Emerging technologies in quality assurance
    • Digital credentialing systems
    • Standards compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 17024, 17011)
  • Collaborate with technical advisors and content moderators to validate prompt quality and relevance.

2. Research & Content Development

  • Conduct research on international accreditation frameworks and technology-driven best practices.
  • Summarize key findings and incorporate them into reports, knowledge briefs, or presentation outlines.
  • Assist in drafting content for the SayPro Monthly Bulletin.

3. Event Support and Coordination

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of webinars, roundtables, and expert panel sessions.
  • Help document session outcomes, participant questions, and follow-up actions.

4. Technology Systems Support

  • Participate in usability testing of accreditation information systems and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Contribute to the design of interface workflows, dashboards, and data visualization models relevant to accreditation tracking.

5. Knowledge Sharing & Communication

  • Present assigned topics or project findings during internal knowledge exchange sessions.
  • Collaborate with global partners to collect case studies and user experiences from the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interest or background in Information Systems, Educational Technology, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in research, critical thinking, and structured writing.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for knowledge generation.
  • Familiarity with accreditation or certification processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • 2 thematic briefs summarizing key accreditation topics
