Objective: Monitor and evaluate the contributions of employees and participants involved in planning, preparing, and executing the SCSPR-81 initiative to ensure successful delivery and recognize outstanding efforts.


1. Contribution Areas to Track

a. Document Submissions

  • Number of documents submitted by each team member:
    • Accreditation guidelines
    • Case studies
    • Partnership proposals
    • Templates (e.g., schedules, surveys)
  • Submission timelines and adherence to quality standards
  • Version control and formatting compliance

b. Task Completions

  • Tasks assigned vs. tasks completed per employee
  • Milestone-based tracking (e.g., research, agenda planning, logistics, reporting)
  • Timeliness and responsiveness in completing assigned deliverables

c. Engagement in Event Preparation

  • Participation in planning meetings, briefings, and dry runs
  • Contributions to agenda development, stakeholder liaison, or content curation
  • Initiative in resolving challenges or proposing improvements

d. Event Execution Involvement
