Purpose of the Role
SCSPR-71 participants are responsible for supporting and executing key content development, research, and facilitation tasks that drive the success of the SayPro Monthly initiative focused on strategic partnerships in systems and technology. Participants will work collaboratively to ensure all outputs reflect SayPro’s standards of innovation, inclusivity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. GPT Prompt Development for Topic Extraction
- Generate 100+ high-quality GPT prompts focused on:
- Emerging systems and architecture trends
- Innovations in cloud computing and AI integrations
- Public-private technology partnerships
- Systems security, governance, and scalability
- Prompts should be designed to extract deep insights and create thought-provoking discussions and content outlines.
2. Research and Content Curation
- Conduct background research on key trends in system development, cloud technologies, and strategic digital transformation.
- Summarize findings into actionable themes and use them to inform SCSPR-71 event materials, including speaker briefs and panel outlines.
3. Support Session Design and Facilitation
- Collaborate with the program team to co-design breakout session topics, guiding questions, and engagement formats.
- Assist in the facilitation of group discussions, brainstorming workshops, or expert panels, as needed.
4. Strategic Partner Mapping
- Identify and recommend potential strategic partners—startups, institutions, enterprises, or thought leaders—aligned with the SCSPR-71 focus areas.
- Support in organizing introductory partner profiles and outreach summaries.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Help compile session summaries, topic maps, and participant feedback post-event.
- Contribute to the final SCSPR-71 Strategic Insights Report by integrating key ideas from topic prompts and sessions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to formulate strategic, topic-driven prompts.
- Knowledge of systems thinking, digital transformation, or emerging technologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering, or content generation methods.
- Strong writing, summarization, and research skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet structured content deadlines.
