Objective:
To track and evaluate individual team member contributions toward the successful planning and execution of the SCSPR-71 event. This fosters accountability, encourages collaboration, and provides data for recognition and performance reviews.

1. Tasks Completed

  • What to Track:
    • Number of assigned tasks completed on time
    • Quality and completeness of deliverables
    • Initiative shown in taking on additional responsibilities
  • Tools:
