Purpose
To ensure the strategic effectiveness and outcome-oriented delivery of SCSPR-71 events and activities this quarter, SayPro teams must gather, analyze, and track key data sets and performance indicators. This information will directly feed into event content, partnership discussions, and strategic reports.
Key Information Areas and Targets
1. Energy Market Insights
Objective: Stay informed and adaptive to global and regional shifts in the sustainable energy landscape.
Targets:
- Identify and document 10+ emerging trends in sustainable energy technologies.
- Compile at least 5 recent policy or regulatory updates affecting target markets (Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.).
- Track price movements and investment flows in solar, wind, hydrogen, and grid technologies.

2. Partnership Activity
Objective: Expand SayPro’s engagement network and formal collaborations.
Targets:

3. Event Participation and Engagement
Objective: Maximize stakeholder involvement and visibility.
Targets:
- Minimum of 150 participants across all Q2 events (virtual/in-person)
- At least 3 events (webinars, roundtables, or dialogues) successfully delivered
- Secure 5 high-level speakers (experts, policymakers, or CEOs)
4. Knowledge Generation
Objective: Position SayPro as a thought leader and credible source of market intelligence.
Targets:
- Produce 8 new content pieces (briefs, op-eds, GPT-generated reports, summaries)
- Finalize and distribute 1 comprehensive quarterly report
- Submit 2 case studies on successful partnerships or innovations
5. Impact Metrics
Objective: Measure progress against strategic goals.
Targets:
- Reach 5,000+ social media impressions linked to SCSPR-71
- Achieve a 90% positive rating in post-event feedback surveys
- Contribute to SayPro’s visibility in at least 2 media publications or interviews
