Objective

To systematically monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SayPro’s social responsibility and partnership efforts related to the April Chiefs Social event (SCSPR-71). This includes tracking quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect the event’s contribution to SayPro’s broader strategic goals.


1. Monitoring Framework

The SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office implemented a tracking framework to collect data across the full event cycle—pre-event, during-event, and post-event. The aim was to measure how effectively the event advanced key partnership and social impact objectives.
