To maintain momentum and ensure results from SayPro’s partnership-focused efforts, the following performance areas will be tracked and reported throughout the quarter, reflecting both external and internal dimensions of social impact.
1. Social Impact Metrics
- Objective: Monitor the scale and effectiveness of SayPro’s social impact partnerships.
- Key Data Points:
- Number of new/existing partnerships with measurable social goals
- Number of community-based projects delivered
- Total beneficiaries or impacted groups
- Quarterly Target:
- Achieve a 15% increase in active social partnerships
- Implement at least 3 new high-impact initiatives
2. SayPro Community Outreach Efforts
- Objective: Track direct community engagement programs supported by SayPro or its partners.
- Key Data Points:
- Number and type of outreach programs (e.g., environmental, educational, health-focused)
