Objective

To strengthen SayPro’s reach, impact, and resource mobilization capacity in informal settlement and backyard development, the organization is setting a clear quarterly goal to grow its strategic partnerships by at least 20%.

  • Proposal Templates: Provide clear proposal and concept note formats (as developed by SCSPR-81 participants)
  • Introductory Webinars or Roundtables: Host short sessions to introduce SayPro’s partnership framework
  • Screening and Vetting: Use standard evaluation criteria to ensure alignment with SayPro values and standards
  • MOU Signing Process: Complete formalization of new partnerships within the quarter
