Quarter: Q2 (April–June)


Overview

To maintain momentum and ensure measurable progress toward the objectives of SCSPR-81, SayPro has established a set of key quarterly targets and focus areas. These targets guide the work of employees, contributors, and strategic partners during Q2 and are aligned with SayPro’s broader mission of fostering sustainable, inclusive human settlement solutions through strategic collaboration and accredited development standards.


Key Target Area 1: Partnership Development

Quarterly Goal

  • Establish a minimum of 5 new strategic partnerships with qualified stakeholders across the human settlement and urban development value chain.

Strategic Objectives

  • Form cross-sector alliances with organizations capable of contributing expertise, funding, policy influence, or technical capacity.
  • Target sectors:
    • Construction and housing development firms
    • Urban planning and architectural institutions
    • Local and national government agencies
    • Development finance institutions (DFIs) and donors
    • Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with a settlement or urban inclusion focus

Success Indicators

  • Signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or Letters of Intent (LoIs)
  • Evidence of aligned implementation plans or funding agreements
  • Inclusion of partners in SCSPR-81 activity planning and proposal development

Key Target Area 2: Proposal and Project Pipeline

  • Develop at least 3 scalable human settlement project proposals in partnership with newly engaged stakeholders.
  • Ensure that at least 1 proposal is prepared for submission to a donor, funder, or public-private partnership platform by the end of the quarter.

Key Target Area 3: Knowledge Sharing and Public Awareness

  • Publish 2 knowledge products (e.g., case studies, reports, toolkits) based on SCSPR-81 outputs.
  • Host at least 1 knowledge-sharing webinar or event, showcasing SayPro’s partnership approach and accredited projects.

Key Target Area 4: Monitoring and Reporting

  • Submit a Mid-Quarter Partnership Progress Report by mid-May.
  • Deliver a Quarter-End Consolidated Report in June that includes partnership impact metrics, progress updates, and stakeholder engagement outcomes.

Performance Oversight

  • Each participant and team lead will be assigned specific performance indicators and deliverables, monitored weekly.
  • Outstanding contributors may be recognized with SayPro Strategic Excellence Certificates and given eligibility for lead roles in Q3 partnership rollouts.

Tools and Support Provided

  • Partnership development templates (MoUs, outreach emails)
  • Proposal development toolkits
  • Access to SayPro’s stakeholder database and internal strategy documents
  • Weekly check-ins with SayPro Strategic Advisors
