SCSPR-81 Knowledge Contributor & Partnership Strategist
Position Summary
Participants in SayPro Monthly April SCSPR-81 will play a critical role in supporting knowledge generation, strategic engagement, and preparatory groundwork for upcoming human settlement and sustainable urban development initiatives. This position is ideal for professionals, students, researchers, or urban development practitioners committed to innovation, sustainability, and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate GPT Prompts for Topic Extraction
- Develop and curate 100 high-quality prompts that can be used with AI tools like GPT to extract meaningful insights, themes, and current trends related to:
- Human settlement challenges and innovations
- Sustainability in urban planning
- Affordable and resilient housing
- Community engagement models
- Strategic funding and partnership opportunities
- Ensure prompts are diverse, unbiased, and aligned with global and local urban development goals (e.g., SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities).
- Collaborate with other participants to refine prompt structures and prioritize emerging issues based on relevance and urgency.
2. Support Knowledge Synthesis and Event Preparation
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing AI-generated topics to create thematic groupings for SayPro event sessions and publications.
- Contribute to the development of discussion guides, speaker notes, or briefing documents based on extracted content.
- Identify potential speakers, case studies, or innovative projects that align with selected themes.
3. Engage in Strategic Research and Mapping
- Conduct desktop research to identify prospective partners, NGOs, government departments, or businesses relevant to the topics.
- Map trends in urban development and settlement innovation across different regions, highlighting best practices and gaps.
- Prepare summary notes and recommendations for potential collaborative areas.
4. Contribute to Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Building
- Present findings or prompt outcomes in internal debriefings or live knowledge exchange sessions.
- Assist in curating content for SayPro’s digital knowledge hub (articles, short briefs, infographics, or blog posts based on extracted themes).
- Support documentation and dissemination of learning for wider SayPro audiences.
Expected Deliverables
- A final document with 100 high-quality GPT prompts, categorized by theme.
- A thematic summary of extracted insights, highlighting trends and potential partnership areas.
- A short presentation or infographic on major findings.
- Contribution to at least one co-authored knowledge product or article for the SayPro platform.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in urban development, sustainability, or human settlements.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering (training support provided if needed).
