SCSPR-81 Initiative | Submission Guidelines

To ensure all employees are aligned with SayPro’s strategic goals and the success of the SCSPR-81 initiative, the following documents must be submitted. These deliverables help maintain project focus, consistency, and transparency in tracking progress across key areas.


📄 1. Strategic Partnership Proposals

Each participant must submit detailed proposals for potential partnerships, which should include:

  • Identified Partner(s): Name, sector, and relevance to SayPro’s mission
  • Value Proposition: How the partnership benefits SayPro and the partner
  • Partnership Goals: Clear objectives tied to qualification accreditation or development projects
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Metrics to measure partnership success (e.g., accredited professionals, new programs, regional impact)
  • Timeline & Milestones: Key phases and deliverables for each partnership

Submission Format: PDF or editable Word/Google Doc
Deadline: As determined by project phase or lead


📚 2. Research and Analysis Reports

Employees will be required to submit in-depth research reports that provide a comprehensive analysis of:

  • Global Human Development Trends: Current trends and their implications for qualification and accreditation systems
  • Accreditation Needs: Identification of emerging needs across regions and sectors for more robust qualification frameworks
  • Growth Potential in Different Sectors: Analysis of opportunities for SayPro to expand in various sectors such as education, industry, and non-profit organizations
  • Recommendations for Strategic Action: Data-driven insights that inform partnership proposals or potential new focus areas
