Role Overview:
Participants in the SCSPR-81 initiative will be actively involved in SayPro’s strategic efforts to enhance human development, foster innovative partnerships, and advance global qualification accreditation systems. This multifaceted role combines research, strategic engagement, and project monitoring to help drive SayPro’s mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
🧠 1. GPT Prompt Development for Topic Extraction
- Objective: Develop 100 targeted GPT prompts across key focus areas:
- Human Development
- Qualification Accreditation
- Strategic Partnerships
- Purpose: These prompts will power AI-driven research, helping uncover insights, trends, challenges, and solutions relevant to SayPro’s global work.
🤝 2. Partnership Proposal Development
- Objective: Create strategic partnership proposals to recommend new collaborators.
- Tasks Include:
- Identifying mission-aligned institutions, corporations, and government bodies
- Drafting partnership proposals detailing shared goals, mutual benefits, and potential impact
- Highlighting how partnerships can strengthen qualification accreditation systems and capacity-building efforts
🗣️ 3. Engaging Stakeholders
- Objective: Actively connect with and engage potential partners.
- Tasks Include:
- Initiating conversations with educational institutions, corporations, NGOs, and governments
- Presenting SayPro’s mission and exploring collaboration opportunities
- Documenting feedback and opportunities to inform proposal refinement and strategic direction
📊 4. Partnership Monitoring
- Objective: Ensure the successful implementation and alignment of partnerships with SayPro’s long-term goals.
- Tasks Include:
- Tracking progress of ongoing partnerships and engagements
- Monitoring timelines, deliverables, and obligations agreed upon by partners
- Reporting on partnership status, identifying gaps, and suggesting corrective actions when needed
- Ensuring all collaborations maintain high standards and strategic value
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, research, and writing skills
- Ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge or interest in human development, education systems, or public policy
- Experience or interest in proposal development and monitoring frameworks
