Target: 5–10 New Strategic Partners
Objective
To expand SayPro’s strategic network by initiating and formalizing partnerships with organizations that contribute to or enhance the qualification and accreditation process, specifically for human-centered projects including training, development, education, capacity building, and social innovation.
Core Activities
1. Partner Scouting & Alignment
Goal: Identify potential collaborators aligned with SayPro’s mission.
Action Steps:
- Use internal research, sector reports, and outreach channels to identify NGOs, academic institutions, consulting firms, and government bodies.
- Focus on entities with experience in:
- Curriculum development
- Skills assessment
- Community training
- Social impact evaluation
- Align prospects with SayPro’s Accreditation Values & Standards
Deliverable:
📋 List of 20–30 potential partner organizations
2. Initial Engagement & Discovery Conversations
Goal: Begin dialogue with top 15 prospects.
Action Steps:
- Send tailored introduction emails or concept notes
- Schedule discovery calls to explain SayPro’s strategic partnership framework
- Highlight mutual value, including co-branding, shared reach, and impact goals
Deliverable:
📞 Engagement Tracker with Call Summaries and Contact Status
3. Partnership Proposal Development
Goal: Convert interested prospects into structured collaborations.
Action Steps:
- Draft and customize partnership proposals (including goals, scope, accreditation responsibilities)
- Share SayPro’s accreditation requirements and co-implementation strategy
- Propose models such as:
- Joint accreditation programs
- Regional qualification hubs
- Advisory involvement in SayPro evaluations
Deliverable:
📄 Customized Partnership Proposals (at least 10 issued)
4. Formalization of Agreements
Goal: Finalize 5–10 new partnerships by agreement or MoU.
Action Steps:
- Review and sign Memoranda of Understanding or Collaboration Agreements
- Outline roles in qualification, curriculum contribution, or verification processes
- Assign internal liaisons for onboarding and coordination
Deliverable:

5. Onboarding & Launch of Joint Activities
Goal: Begin structured engagement with each new partner.
Action Steps:
- Share SayPro Accreditation Toolkit
- Schedule orientation session or kickoff meetings
- Identify pilot project or qualification activity for collaboration
