Objective: Organize Two Knowledge-Sharing Workshops/Webinars
Focus Area: Accreditation & Human-Focused Project Implementation
Lead Department: SayPro Strategic Partnerships & Accreditation Support Office
Purpose
To strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building among SayProβs accredited partners by hosting at least two virtual or in-person workshops/webinars. These sessions will serve as platforms for exchanging best practices, discussing common challenges, and promoting innovation in accreditation and human-centered project delivery.
Planned Activities
1. Workshop/Webinar Planning & Coordination
Tasks:
- Identify key topics based on partner feedback and project trends
- Confirm internal and external expert facilitators
- Choose platform (Zoom, MS Teams, or physical venue)
- Develop and distribute event agenda, invitations, and registration forms

2. Proposed Workshop Themes & Topics
Workshop 1: “Strengthening Accreditation in Human-Centered Projects”
Target Date: 15 May 2025
Key Topics:
- Overview of SayPro Accreditation Standards
- Common gaps and how to avoid them
- Partner case studies on successful accreditation outcomes
- Interactive Q&A with SayPro Accreditation Review Committee
Workshop 2: “Project Implementation Excellence & Best Practices”
Target Date: 12 June 2025
Key Topics:
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for accredited projects
- Community engagement strategies
- Partner roundtable: Whatβs working on the ground
- Tools for ensuring sustainability and compliance
3. Partner Engagement & Participation
Tasks:
- Send invites to all current accredited partners and prospects in review stage
- Encourage partners to share insights or submit case studies for presentation
- Create pre-event surveys to tailor content to partner needs

4. Execution & Facilitation
Tasks:
- Host and moderate both sessions with SayPro facilitators and guest speakers
- Include breakout sessions or group discussions where possible

5. Post-Event Follow-Up
Tasks:
- Share workshop materials, slides, and recordings
- Gather post-event feedback and suggestions
- Publish a short report or blog on key insights and outcomes

Success Indicators
- β Minimum of two (2) well-attended workshops hosted
