Purpose
To uphold the integrity, quality, and impact of all SayPro-accredited projects and partnerships by ensuring that accreditation standards are consistently applied and maintained from initiation to completion.
Key Phases of Standards Assurance
1. Pre-Implementation Compliance Check
Goal: Confirm that all accredited partners are prepared to launch in accordance with SayPro standards.
Activities:
- Conduct a Pre-Implementation Audit
- Verify documentation, staffing, and readiness
- Review the scope and objectives of the accredited project
