SayPro Accreditation Goals – Quarterly Target

🎯 Primary Goal:

Ensure the successful accreditation of at least 5 human-focused programs or projects during the current quarter.

Key Objectives:

1. Identify Eligible Programs/Projects
   • Review submitted applications from partners and internal teams.
   • Shortlist at least 8–10 high-potential projects for consideration.
2. Conduct Accreditation Assessments
   • Perform thorough evaluations using SayPro’s accreditation criteria, focusing on:
     • Project relevance to human development
     • Strategic impact and sustainability
     • Partner capacity and compliance readiness
3. Support Accreditation Readiness
   • Provide technical guidance to partners in preparing for accreditation.
   • Share tools, templates, and checklists to ensure they meet standards.
4. Finalize and Issue Accreditations
   • Complete the full accreditation process for at least 5 programs.
   • Deliver official SayPro Accreditation Certificates and documentation to qualifying partners.
5. Track and Report Progress
   • Maintain a live tracker for accreditation status across all candidate projects.
   • Include progress updates in monthly and quarterly performance reports.

A minimum of 5 fully accredited human-focused initiatives, driving impact through recognized quality, compliance, and strategic alignment with SayPro’s development objectives.
