For SayPro, this training came at a crucial time. As the world adapted to new ways of working due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing digitisation of services, the need for digital competency became non-negotiable. Thanks to MICT SETA, 10 of our dedicated staff members were given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in key ICT areas — including basic computer literacy, digital communication, data management, IT troubleshooting, and virtual collaboration tools.
