Position Title: SCSPR-17 Implementation Support Officer (Applicable to all SayPro employees contributing to the SCSPR-17 initiative)
Department: SayPro TVET Colleges Strategic Partnerships Office
Reporting To: SCSPR-17 Project Lead / Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location: SayPro Offices / Remote Access via Portal
Key Purpose of the Role
To support the successful execution of the SayPro Monthly SCSPR-17 initiative by ensuring all assigned tasks related to data collection, partner engagement, infrastructure mapping, and digital reporting are completed in a timely, professional, and detail-oriented manner through the SayPro Strategic Partnership Portal.
Key Responsibilities
✅ 1. Portal Access and Usage
- Log in to the SayPro Strategic Partnership Portal via the SayPro website at the beginning of each assigned work period.
- Ensure profile and departmental details are updated for accurate reporting.
✅ 2. Data Input and Verification
- Upload infrastructure data from site visits, college feedback sessions, or surveys.
- Verify that entries align with SCSPR-17 reporting standards.
- Flag incomplete or inconsistent entries for escalation.
✅ 3. Documentation of Partnership Opportunities
- Record identified opportunities for TVET infrastructure partnerships (e.g., donor interest, private sector offers, government programs).
- Tag entries using pre-defined strategic themes (e.g., Smart Classrooms, Rural Development, Sustainability).
✅ 4. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with other SayPro teams by updating shared progress dashboards and participating in scheduled sync sessions.
- Follow up with assigned stakeholders to obtain required documents or commitments for portal updates.
✅ 5. Reporting and Task Completion
- Submit weekly progress updates through the portal.
- Ensure all assigned SCSPR-17 milestones and deliverables are marked as complete on the portal timeline by specified deadlines.

- Familiarity with digital platforms and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of SayPro’s mission, especially within the TVET and infrastructure development space

- SayPro Communication Tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Internal Email)
- Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace for documentation
- Mobile Survey or Site Audit Apps (where applicable)
Performance Indicators
- Timely and accurate login and data updates on the SayPro portal
- Completion of all assigned SCSPR-17 tasks within deadlines
- Active participation in partnership documentation and site data input
- Quality and completeness of submitted reports and portal entries
