Develop up to 5 detailed concept notes based on the vetted strategic themes and matched partners. These concept notes serve as preliminary proposals to present to potential partners, donors, and government agencies, outlining project objectives, expected outcomes, and partnership benefits related to TVET infrastructure and strategic collaboration.
Key Activities:
- Use validated themes and partner information to frame compelling, tailored concept notes.
- Clearly articulate project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Highlight alignment with SayPro’s mission and partner priorities.
- Incorporate data from infrastructure gap analysis and strategic partnership insights.
- Collaborate with internal units (Finance, Engineering, Education) for technical accuracy and budget estimates.
- Ensure concept notes follow SayPro’s standardized format and branding guidelines.
Platform/Role:
- Drafting carried out within the SayPro Proposal Lab platform.
- Close coordination with the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office for review and submission processes.
- Input from cross-functional teams to enrich content quality and feasibility.
Outcome:
- Up to five high-quality, actionable concept notes ready for submission to potential partners.
