To ensure that each strategic initiative—especially those emerging from SCSPR-17 and GPT-generated themes—is technically sound, financially viable, and educationally aligned, with all outcomes documented on the SayPro Strategic Partnership Portal.


🏢 Step 1: Initiate Cross-Unit Working Group

For each validated project or concept, create a multi-disciplinary task team that includes:

Internal UnitResponsibility
FinanceCosting, budgeting, and resource planning. Ensures the concept is affordable, fundable, and aligned with fiscal policy.
Engineering & InfrastructureTechnical feasibility, designs, safety compliance, environmental standards. Provides site reports, floorplans, and BoQs.
Education & CurriculumEnsures alignment with training outcomes, curriculum needs, and TVET competency standards. Proposes modules, staff requirements.
Strategic PartnershipsCoordinates project workflow, stakeholder communication, and partner alignment. Prepares documentation for portal upload.

📄 Step 2: Conduct Joint Review of the Concept Note

Each unit reviews and signs off on:

  • Feasibility (technical & operational)
  • Budget estimates and cost-benefit ratios
  • Curriculum relevance and learner outcomes
  • Alignment with national/regional priorities

Use a SayPro Concept Review Checklist to ensure uniformity.


📁 Step 3: Consolidate Project Pack for Upload

The Strategic Partnerships Unit compiles final documents, including:

  • Reviewed Concept Note (with budget, tech specs, learning plan)
  • BoQ/Technical drawings (from Engineering)
  • Education alignment memo (from Academic Unit)
  • Preliminary budget sheet (from Finance)
  • Internal approvals log (signatures or email trails)

All documents are uploaded under the appropriate category in the SayPro Portal:
