🧭 Execution Plan:

1. Prepare SayPro Forms

• Ensure the following SayPro digital forms are finalized and accessible:
  • ✅ Strategic Partnership Contribution Form
  • ✅ SayPro Media Consent Form
  • ✅ Content Submission Template
• Forms must be embedded or linked on the SayPro Partner Contribution Portal.

2. Outreach Campaign (01–10 May 2025)

• Craft and send a standardized outreach email to strategic partners. Include:
  • Edition theme: “Strategic Influence & Cross-Sector Collaboration”
  • Instructions for using SayPro Forms
  • Submission deadline
• Use SayPro CRM or email platform to track opens and responses.

3. Receive & Track Submissions (Ongoing to 15 May)

• Monitor the SayPro Forms Inbox daily.

• Validate:
  • Correct formatting
  • Signed forms attached

4. Confirm Participation

• Follow up with partners missing documentation or clarity.

• Route all approved content to the SayPro Editorial Team by 16 May 2025.
• Ensure all content is tagged by theme and author in SayPro’s Editorial Management System.
