Consent for Use of Media

I, the undersigned, hereby grant SayPro the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use the content provided, including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, written content, or any other media submitted, in SayPro Monthly Magazine, on the SayPro website, social media platforms, and other SayPro communications (both digital and print), for promotional, educational, or editorial purposes.

This consent extends to the use of the following:

• Photographs/Videos: Including but not limited to still images, video footage, and livestreams.
• Written Content: Articles, blog posts, testimonials, case studies, and other written contributions.
• Audio: Audio recordings such as interviews, podcasts, and audio files.
• Social Media/Other Content: Posts, images, and content shared on SayPro’s official social media channels and website.

Scope of Use

By signing this form, I agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use Media: SayPro has my full consent to use my image, likeness, name, voice, and content in any and all materials related to SayPro’s strategic initiatives and publications, including promotional and marketing materials across digital and physical platforms.
2. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any form of compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my image, likeness, or content, except as specifically agreed upon in writing.
3. Modification and Editing Rights: SayPro may edit, crop, alter, or otherwise modify the media to fit their editorial needs or to fit the formats of different media platforms.
4. Term of Use: The consent is granted for an indefinite period, and SayPro retains the right to use the content perpetually in current or future publications, platforms, and media channels.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent: I understand that I can withdraw my consent in writing at any time by notifying SayPro via email at [SayPro Contact Email]. However, the withdrawal will not affect any use of the media already published or distributed prior to the withdrawal request.
6. No Obligation to Use: I understand that SayPro is not obligated to use the provided content and may choose not to include it in any publication or promotion.
7. Ownership and Copyright: I affirm that I hold the necessary rights or permission to submit the media provided to SayPro. I agree to indemnify SayPro against any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the ownership or use of the media.
