Job Description: Strategic Partnerships Officer – Medical Qualification Accreditation
Position Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships Officer – Medical Qualification Accreditation plays a critical role in managing and expanding SayPro’s medical qualifications and accreditation partnerships. This position is responsible for coordinating partnerships, driving content creation for the SayPro Monthly Magazine – Medical Edition, leveraging SayPro’s AI tools for strategic insights, and maintaining key relationships with medical institutions, regulators, and training providers.

SayPro Website (Remote execution; onsite option available at Neftalopolis)
Working Hours:
09:00–17:00 (+02:00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Medical Strategic Partnerships for the SayPro Monthly Magazine
- Work with both local and international stakeholders to gather insights, feature articles, and case studies for the SayPro Monthly Medical Magazine.
- Organize contributions from health institutions, professional bodies, and training providers through SayPro’s website and digital platforms.
- Leverage SayPro GPT Modules to Extract Partnership Themes
- Use SayPro’s GPT modules to generate and classify 100 medical partnership themes per prompt.
- Organize the themes into key strategic categories for inclusion in partnership reports and magazine content.
- Manage Partnership Documentation and Agreements
- Oversee the documentation process for new and existing medical partnerships using SayPro’s online tools.
- Ensure all agreements, contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) are properly recorded and accessible.
- Assist in Compiling and Editing Magazine Content
- Collaborate with the editorial team to compile, edit, and format content for the SayPro Monthly Medical Magazine.
- Ensure that all contributions are aligned with SayPro’s editorial standards and brand guidelines.
- Engage Directly with Medical Bodies, Training Providers, and Regulators
- Serve as the primary point of contact between SayPro and medical bodies, training institutions, regulatory agencies, and professional associations.
- Foster relationships and explore new partnership opportunities that align with SayPro’s strategic vision for medical qualifications and accreditation.
- Monitor Compliance with SayPro Accreditation Standards
- Ensure that all partnerships submitted for SayPro accreditation meet the required quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and assess compliance regularly to maintain SayPro’s credibility and commitment to excellence in medical education.
- Produce Reports and Data Analysis Using SayPro Performance Dashboards
- Utilize SayPro performance dashboards to generate reports on partnership performance, engagement, and outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights to the senior leadership team to help guide decision-making and future partnership strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or certification in medical education or partnership management is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategic partnership management, ideally within the medical education or accreditation sector.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and medical professionals.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and medical qualification standards.
- Experience with content creation, editing, and publication.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and performance dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable reports.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of SayPro AI tools (or similar GPT models) for topic extraction and content classification.
- Familiarity with online document management systems and contract administration tools.
