🔍 Purpose
This document outlines the core analytical tools and platforms made available by SayPro to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization of strategic partnership performance. These tools ensure a consistent, transparent, and real-time approach to evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the organization.

🔐 2. Access Requirements
- Access to SayPro tools requires an active @saypro.online email address and completion of the SayPro Data Use & Security Agreement.
- Role-based permissions are assigned for viewing, editing, or administering each tool.
- External partners may receive view-only access to selected dashboards or shared reports on a case-by-case basis.
🔁 3. Support and Training
- All users are expected to complete a 30-minute orientation on the analytical tools relevant to their role.
- Ongoing support is provided via:
- Helpdesk Email: support@saypro.online
- Monthly Q&A sessions hosted by the M&E and Data teams
- Resource Library: Tutorials, how-to videos, and SOPs on www.saypro.online/resources
📌 4. Compliance & Data Integrity
- Users are responsible for upholding data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Any anomalies or data discrepancies should be reported immediately to the M&E Lead.
- Tools should only be used for official SayPro activities aligned with reporting or performance management.
