1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Partnership Agreement establishes a formal partnership between SayPro Qualification Accreditation Strategic Partnerships Office (hereafter referred to as “SayPro”) and the Partner Organization (hereafter referred to as “Partner”) for the purpose of collaborating on the accreditation and certification of police agencies, law enforcement units, or training institutions under the SCSPR-81 Police Accreditation Program.
2. Scope of the Partnership
Under this Agreement, the Partner agrees to engage in the following activities:

3. Responsibilities of SayPro
SayPro agrees to:
- Provide the Partner with a clear, comprehensive accreditation process and timeline.
- Offer access to SayPro’s digital tools, training resources, and support to assist with achieving and maintaining accreditation.
- Evaluate the Partner’s compliance based on agreed criteria and issue accreditation certificates as appropriate.
- Regularly update the Partner on changes in accreditation requirements, processes, and compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Responsibilities of the Partner
The Partner agrees to:
- Submit all required documents and materials for the accreditation process, including but not limited to organizational profiles, staff qualifications, training records, and operational procedures.
- Attend SayPro’s mandatory training and development programs related to the accreditation process.
- Adhere to SayPro’s guidelines and standards in all relevant areas (e.g., operational standards, training requirements, and community engagement).
- Maintain accurate records and evidence of compliance, subject to periodic review by SayPro.
- Cooperate with SayPro’s monitoring and assessment processes throughout the duration of the accreditation period.
- Submit any required reports or feedback on a timely basis as per SayPro’s policies.
5. Accreditation Levels
Upon completion of the accreditation process, the Partner may be awarded one of the following levels of accreditation:
Accreditation Level | Description |
---|---|
Excellence | Awarded to organizations that consistently meet or exceed the highest standards set by SayPro. |
Advanced | Awarded to organizations that meet SayPro’s standards but may have areas requiring further development. |
Standard | Awarded to organizations that meet the minimum accreditation criteria. |
Non-Accreditation | Awarded to organizations that fail to meet essential standards and have not passed the evaluation. |
6. Term and Termination
- This Agreement is valid from the date of signing until the completion of the accreditation process and the subsequent review period.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet the agreed terms or if a breach of the Agreement occurs. In the case of termination, any outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the accreditation process. This includes, but is not limited to, internal documents, training materials, and organizational data.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be taken to arbitration under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
