Remote via SayPro Website Platform or On-Site in Neftalopolis
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Initiate and formalize partnerships with police training institutions, law enforcement agencies, and accreditation/certification bodies.
- Represent SayPro in meetings and dialogues aimed at expanding the accreditation network.
- Accreditation System Implementation
- Lead the rollout of SayPro’s accreditation framework for police departments, training academies, and regulatory bodies.
- Advocate for adoption and integration of SayPro standards in institutional practices.
- Standards Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure that participating law enforcement agencies align with national and international policing standards through SayPro’s digital tools and guidelines.
- Provide oversight on compliance assessments and corrective actions.
- Accreditation Management
- Organize, manage, and oversee the complete accreditation cycle—from application review and assessments to certification issuance and renewal.
- Coordinate audits, evaluations, and accreditation panel reviews.
- Training and Capacity Building
- Deliver training sessions (online and in-person) to police officers and trainers on the use of SayPro’s accreditation tools, processes, and digital platform.
- Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to partner agencies.
- Digital Records & Database Management
- Develop and maintain secure digital records of accredited police forces, personnel, and training institutions using SayPro’s online platform.
- Ensure all accreditation data is up to date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Evaluate and report monthly on partnership outcomes, accreditation progress, training effectiveness, and challenges faced.
- Submit detailed feedback to support continuous improvement of the SCSPR-81 initiative.
✅ Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Police Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in law enforcement, policing standards, or institutional accreditation is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of international policing norms and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, learning management systems, and database platforms.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.

- Remote work via SayPro’s digital platform with optional in-person duties in Neftalopolis.
- Flexible working hours with deliverables-based reporting.
- Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings or on-site assessments.
