SALES CONTRACT

This Sales Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into as of the [Date], by and between:

1. Sale of Goods

2. Payment Terms

7. Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability:
    The Seller’s liability under this contract is limited to the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for the Live Music Machine. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Live Music Machine.
  2. Indemnification:
    The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Buyer’s use of the Live Music Machine, except as a result of the Seller’s negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination

  1. Termination by Buyer:
    The Buyer may terminate this contract if the Seller fails to deliver the Live Music Machine within [X] days of the agreed delivery date.
  2. Termination by Seller:
    The Seller may terminate this contract if the Buyer fails to make the required payments or breaches any other term of this contract.
