Objective
To develop and publish two in-depth, high-impact case studies that showcase the success and impact of SayPro’s strategic partnerships. These case studies were featured on the SayPro Magazine platform to inspire stakeholders, attract new contributors, and document best practices.
Case Study Development Process
- Research & Interviews: Conducted stakeholder interviews with beneficiaries, partners, and SayPro programme leads.
- Storytelling Approach: Applied human-centered storytelling to focus on transformation, community impact, and scale potential.
- Review & Publishing: Final drafts reviewed by SayPro’s Communications & Strategy Team; published on the SayPro Magazine portal and distributed via email newsletter and social media.

Summary:
This case study follows Naledi, a 22-year-old from Soweto who transitioned from unemployed high school graduate to coding instructor, thanks to the SayPro-EduImpact digital skills programme. The story highlights how a strategic partnership enabled the launch of 5 community tech hubs, serving over 300 youth.
