Introduction

In a groundbreaking partnership, South African Youth Projects (SayPro) has joined forces with Accenture South Africa to deliver Digital Marketing training to 50 women across South Africa. This initiative is aimed at equipping women with critical digital skills, enhancing their employability, and supporting their entrepreneurial ambitions. By providing them with essential tools to thrive in the digital economy, the program focuses on empowering women to access new opportunities, build businesses, and take part in the global digital revolution.

Background

Despite significant progress in gender equality, women in South Africa, especially those from underserved communities, still face considerable challenges in accessing employment and educational opportunities, particularly in technology and digital fields.
