SayPro Documents Required from SayPro Employees

To ensure administrative compliance and accurate documentation of all partnership engagements, SayPro employees involved in the Strategic Partnerships and Publishing Process must submit the following required documents.


📄 Required Employee Submissions:

1. Signed SayPro Business Partnership Forms

  • Each employee who facilitated or formalized a partnership must upload the fully signed Business Partnership Form.
  • This includes both:
    • The partner’s signature and official stamp, and
    • The SayPro representative’s signature.

Purpose:
Ensures legal, strategic, and operational alignment on all published collaborations or joint activities.

Accepted File Format:
PDF or high-resolution scanned document (JPEG/PNG)
File naming format:
[PartnerName]_SignedPartnershipForm_[EmployeeName].pdf


📤 How to Upload:

  1. Log in to the SayPro Internal Portal at:
    🔗 www.saypro.online/internal-upload
  2. Navigate to the SCSPR-31 Documents > Employee Submissions folder.
  3. Upload each document under your assigned partner folder.
  4. Confirm submission by filling out the Employee Upload Confirmation Form (linked on the portal page).

📆 Deadline for Submission:

By COB – Friday, 30 May 2025

Late or incomplete documentation may result in delays in partnership processing and publication scheduling.


🧾 Reminder: Other Optional Supporting Documents

If applicable, employees may also upload:

  • Meeting minutes or call notes with partners
  • Draft content outlines or partner brief approvals
  • Correspondence confirming publishing permissions
