✅ Week 3 – Digital Publishing & Promotion
SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office | SCSPR-31 | May 2025
Objective: Publish approved content online and begin promotion through SayPro’s digital platforms to ensure visibility, engagement, and partner recognition.
Key Tasks:
🔹 Upload Features to SayPro Magazine Website Section
- Upload finalized articles, interviews, case studies, and impact stories to the SayPro Magazine section at www.saypro.online.
- Ensure each post includes:
- Correct formatting and layout for web (titles, subtitles, tags, hyperlinks)
- Partner logos and attributions
- High-resolution multimedia (images, videos, embedded quotes)
- CTA buttons (e.g. “Learn More,” “Join Program,” “Partner With Us”)
🔹 Assign SEO Tags and Categories
- Use relevant keywords and sector categories (e.g. youth entrepreneurship, green tech, digital finance) to improve discoverability.
- Link related content to increase internal navigation and session time.
🔹 Preview and Approve Web Content
- Review all uploaded content for layout, grammar, mobile responsiveness, and visual consistency.
- Perform final checks with the editorial team before publishing live.
🔹 Promote via SayPro Digital Channels
- Create teaser posts for each feature and schedule across:
- SayPro social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram)
- Email newsletter to SayPro’s subscriber base
- SayPro WhatsApp broadcast lists, where applicable
🔹 Tag Partners and Encourage Resharing
- Notify featured partners with social media toolkits and direct post links.
- Encourage partners to co-promote the content through their networks.
Expected Outputs by Week’s End:
- 🌐 At least 5 features published to the SayPro Magazine section
- 📲 Digital promotion initiated across 4 channels
- 📈 Engagement and click-through tracking started via SayPro analytics dashboard
- 🗣 Featured partners acknowledged and tagged online
Team Notes:
- Use the SayPro Web Publishing Checklist to ensure consistency and quality.
- Log publishing links in the SCSPR-31 Publishing Tracker.
- Coordinate with the Analytics & Impact Unit to begin tracking engagement data.
